Her top priorities are the needs of families and children. Every family should feel secure that their child will be nurtured and cared for, will be encouraged to grow, and will have those experiences in a safe, positive environment. For Melinda, everyday is a fresh start to learn and grow from the unique challenges that each day brings.<br><br>As a Director, Melinda loves impacting the lives of children and families by supporting them and fostering a learning environment. She loves the excitement of children meeting milestones—the big and the small—and working through challenging social and educational issues. She also loves assisting parents and guardians along the journey, by reassuring them that their child is in a safe, supportive environment that allows each child to grow, learn, and be happy everyday.</p>
